I'm a bilingual (EN/ES) integrative psychologist with a decade of experience supporting adults from diverse cultural backgrounds across a range of issues—including relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, religious and spiritual injury, cross-cultural adjustment, cultural bereavement and trauma.

I have spent over a third of my life living outside of my home country and have been immersed in Latin American, Asian and Western contexts. These experiences have given me tools that may help me connect with
multicultural, international o minority adults and help them journey towards greater wholeness and wellbeing.
